• The Monthly P&L tab shows 12 months plus a year total, including net profit and profit margin, all calculated by formula.
• The Annual Summary tab gathers year totals by category, your top 5 expense categories, and net profit on one printable Letter-size page for your tax preparer.
• Enter your tax year once on the Setup tab and every date follows it. You can rename up to 25 income and 25 expense categories and edit your list of payment methods.
• Made to open in Excel 2016 or later (Windows and Mac), Excel for the web, and Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Sheets). No macros or scripts.
• Formula cells are locked to prevent accidental changes. The protection has no password, so you can turn it off if you want to customize the sheet. Input cells are lightly shaded so you can see where to type.
