These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this online store and to every purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Dooner Designs, a small business based in Santa Cruz County, California ("we", "us", "our"). By using the store or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products, such as spreadsheet and document templates. Nothing is shipped. Product descriptions list what each download includes and the programs the files are made for. Please read them before you buy.
2. Delivery and downloads
After payment is confirmed, you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads. Please save your files somewhere safe. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we will help.
3. License
When you buy a product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use or for the internal use of one business (a single-business license). You may edit and customize the files for that use.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, give away, or publish the files or any modified version of them, whether free or for payment, or include them in any product you sell. All rights not expressly granted remain with Dooner Designs.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. No warranty
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the files will meet your needs or produce any particular result.
7. Not professional advice
Our templates are general-purpose tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use them and for checking your results. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dooner Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
